Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of stackstrategist.com (the “Site”), operated by The Editorial Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site provides independent editorial comparisons, workflow guidance, and directory listings for business software evaluation. Content is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically download Site content beyond ordinary browsing or search-engine indexing without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to interfere with Site security, availability, or integrity (including malware, credential stuffing, or denial of service)
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with stackstrategist or use our marks to imply endorsement without permission
  • Submit false, abusive, or spam content through contact or other intake forms

We may suspend or restrict access for conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, harms the Site, our readers, or our partners.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site—including text, layout, branding, graphics, rankings methodology descriptions, and compilation of listings—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of our editorial content without prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link to the source page.

Product names, logos, and trademarks of third-party software vendors remain the property of their respective owners. Mentions on the Site do not imply endorsement by those owners unless expressly stated.

4. Affiliate Link Disclosure

stackstrategist participates in affiliate and partner programs, including networks such as PartnerStack, Impact, and GetResponse, as well as direct vendor partnerships. When you click certain “View Tool,” outbound, or tracked links and subsequently sign up for, purchase, or subscribe to a product, we may earn a commission or other compensation at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships may influence which tools we feature and how we prioritize coverage, but they do not dictate our editorial ratings, comparison dimensions, or methodology conclusions. Commission tiers and partner status may be disclosed in tool data or on review pages. Outbound partner links are typically marked with rel="nofollow" attributes consistent with our conversion and disclosure standards.

5. Third-Party External Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, products, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, pricing, availability, or terms of those external sites. Your use of third-party services is solely between you and the applicable provider. Clicking an outbound partner link may take you to a registration or checkout flow operated by that provider or its affiliate network.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings, pricing, feature comparisons, or ratings are complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) for access in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stackstrategist and The Editorial Team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Contact
